Mr Hand Skrivet april 17, 2006 Anmäl Share Skrivet april 17, 2006 Hello, sorry for posting in English, but I'm French and unfortunately I don't understand Swedish. I think only Swedish people can help me sort out my problem. While searching for a decent R2 DVD edition of Ghost in the Shell, I found out that Swedish label Emina had released a 2-Disc Special Edition with DTS sound, similar to the American R1 and Australian R4 SE. The announced specifications of this edition (which I found here : http://www.casablanca.fi/product_details.php?p=333) include : - Japanese 6.1 DTS-ES sound - English subtitle - remastered image. I was about to order it on discshop.se, but there seems to be a warning concerning these specs, and the site only lists Japanese DD2.0 for this release (see here) Any help on getting the real specifications and reviews of this disc would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your insight. Citat Länk till kommentar Dela på andra sajter
DB Skrivet april 17, 2006 Anmäl Share Skrivet april 17, 2006 Hello, A french writing good english, now that is rare. The warning at discshop: "OBS! Enligt förpackningen på denna produkt finns det ett flertal till ljudspår, detta är felaktigt. Informationen på sajten stämmer. Vi beklagar detta". translates into: Warning! According to the package there are a number of additional audiotracks. This is however wrong. The information on this site is correct. We applogize for any inconvenience. In that case that would mean that the audio tracks available are english 5.1, english 2.0 and japanese 2.0. And not english 6.1, japanese 6.1, english 5.1 and japanese 5.1 as the package suggests. One of the consumer reviews also confirms this. Citat Länk till kommentar Dela på andra sajter

Hopefully you will never hear me speak English... ;) Thanks for your answer anyway. I suppose I'll have to wait until Manga Entertainment decides to release the true Special Edition somewhere in Europe... Citat Länk till kommentar Dela på andra sajter
